About the event
In this class/workshop we will be discussing different herbs and their actions on the respiratory system. We will be covering stimulating expectorant herbs and relaxing expectorant herbs. You will leave this workshop informed about herbs that are excellent for respiratory health such as: Mullein, Marshmallow, Elecampane, Thyme, Goldenrod and More! Light refreshments will be provided.
