Herbal Workshop for Women's Health

In this specialized workshop, you will discover the various safe herbs clinically proven to support women's health, offering natural relief from PMS and cramps to hot flashes. Together, we will taste and learn about a variety of herbal preparations that can gently resolve these troublesome issues.

Our afternoon will start by walking the herb beds to view the specific plants that champion women's health. Afterward, you will learn how to make a selection of teas and tinctures or glycerites customized to your personal needs. We will have prepared some lovely, delicious treats infused with the herbs we are using, and we will provide you with the recipes to recreate them at home.

Weather permitting, we will enjoy this entire experience outside under our beautiful new pergola!
