About the event
We are delighted to announce that on Saturday on April 26th, we will be hosting a workshop with Zazu Mushrooms!
Zazu Mushroom is based in Mattawan, MI. Zazu’s mission is to share the beauty and diverse flavors gourmet mushrooms have to offer. As we all know, food is what brings people together like few things can. Their goal is to make the world a little bit better by providing the freshest, tastiest mushrooms around, and sharing all the amazing things mushrooms can do to make mycophiles of everyone.
In this class, Hal formally known as "The Mushroom Man", will give an introduction to mushrooms and the many uses they have!
The class will be very interactive, with plenty of time for Q&A. Some of topic he will discuss include the following:
-Basics of growing Mushrooms indoors and outdoors
-How to use Mushroom compost in your Garden Beds
